The Public Authority for Industry (PAI) for the State of Kuwait is the national regulatory authority responsible for providing guidelines to verify the conformity of all “Regulated Products” entering the State of Kuwait.

 

The guidelines are diligently enforced in the form of Kuwait Conformity Assurance Scheme (KUCAS), hence all products entering Kuwait, or domestically produced, require a technical evaluation report (TER) and Technical Inspection Report, in order for the products to clear Kuwait's customs at the border.
